If, after attempting to configure your work station you are unable to open or run the course, please submit a help request through your normal IT help desk channels or e-mail IT support

For Windows XP users:



If you have trouble viewing any pop-ups during this training, please turn off your pop-up blocker by doing the following:




1. Select Tools in your internet browser


2. Select Pop-Up Blocker


3. Turn Off Pop-Up Blocker





Ensure that all proprietary pop-up blocking software (such as Google Toolbar) is disabled as well.


If your browser's cookies are disabled do the following:





1. Select Tools in your Internet Explorer browser


2. Select Internet Options


3. Select Privacy tab


4. Move the Slider to select a privacy setting to Medium


5. Make sure Pop-up Blocker checkbox below is unchecked


6. Click Apply


7. Click OK
